This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress their Retail management career. Ideally, someone who is passionate about men’s style; specifically tailoring in the luxury sector.
The role involves leading a team in store, we are looking for someone who has:
*Effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
*The ability to plan, prioritise and delegate accordingly
*Shrewd Business sense and commercial awareness
*The ability to create and increase networks
*A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
*An understanding of profit and loss reports and how to use these to increase profit
*Flexibility to work as the business dictates
Additionally, we welcome confident individuals with a postive work ethic, the ability to multi task; to work under pressure and to take on responsibility.
Previous Retail experience to assistant management level is essential. Experience working within a clothing environment, or luxury brand is preferred. A full clean driving license is necessary.
40-45 hours per week including Saturday’s; Can also include evenings for social activities.
