On March 3, 2018 The newly launched elegant and contemporary restaurant Bullion was the venue for Dallas folk to experience British tailoring from Clements and Church's Spring Summer collection. Guests sipped signature cocktails, champagne and enjoyed select bites from Bullion’s Chef Bruno Davaillon, all while browsing the luxury fabrics and unique styling from the brand.
Local VIPs included Georgina Hartland, Thomas & Nasiba Hartland-Mackie, Michael Faircloth, Jimmy & Sue Gragg, Elliott & Lara Perry, Philip & Sonia Flaherty, Garry Cox & Don McDermett, Sone & Lucinda Cavazos, Ross & Marina McKay and Joyce Goss as well as local sponsors Park Place Motors.

Boasting a range of classic and contemporary French dishes, the menu at Bullion features simple ingredients prepared using French techniques that highlight and enhance the natural flavours. Diners will find themselves at home for lunch or dinner in this beautifully designed space by noted Swedish interior architect Martin Brudnizki, with an ambiance, buzz, and feel of a brasserie. The name “Bullion” takes inspiration from the Latin word meaning “to boil”. It also references gold, as in “gold bullion”, hence the main decorative theme of the restaurant. The exterior facade of Bullion is clad in gold scales, a copper and aluminum alloy, which provides a very elegant golden appearance. Original contemporary artwork is an important aspect of the Bullion experience, with three very prominent site-commissioned installations by Jean-Michel Othoniel, Kathryn Andrews, and Matthew Chambers.
