A Trio of Stylish Wedding Looks

Look 1 - Chinatown -  contemporary city style

Love the idea of a city wedding? What a memorable way to celebrate your wedding, by walking down Shaftesbury Avenue, surrounded by the buzz of Soho, Chinatown and Theatreland. As Amelia and Andre walked hand in hand they were welcomed with calls of congratulations by passers by.

Taking a modern and relaxed luxury take on traditional English wedding attire, Amelia in a gorgeous Bowen-Dryden open back jumpsuit with the most intricate hand sewn beaded flowers and foliage, hair in a relaxed up-do with Rachel Sokhal floral accessories, Jimmy Choo kitten heels, and both Bride and Groom wearing sensational diamond jewellery from Phelans. Andre is wearing his Clements & Church Slate green wool linen and silk slub three piece suit, which beautifully compliments the green in Amelia’s jumpsuit. Together they make a modern day stylish city bride and groom. Andrei’s buttonhole and Amelia’s bouquet are relaxed and unstructured to emphasise the fun, playful freedom of a contemporary wedding. Together they make a modern day stylish city bride and groom.

With that ‘just married’ glow and embracing relaxed glam wedding attire they were dancing in the streets while kissing under Chinatown Gate receiving compliments from passersby. The pair epitomise modern day luxury, with the effortless elegance within the colour of their outfits and vibrancy of Chinatown and Soho.

Look 2 - Ceremony - Breaking Traditions

Nestled in the hustle and bustle of Shaftesbury Avenue and St Anne’s Churchyard, in the heart of Soho is Century Club. Behind the subtle black door lies the private member’s club, Century.  A hidden gem in the heart of London, licensed for weddings, however we prefer the personalisation and flexibility of having a celebrant lead wedding. Here Stewart O’Sullivan led a fun filled, heartfelt wedding ceremony,  you’d never have guessed this was a photo shoot, as both Andrei and Amelia had to check if they were actually married once Stewart had finished the ceremony.

Traditionally the bride wears white, well we are all about breaking from traditions and doing what you want to do and making your own traditions. Amelia is wearing the most beautiful shades of pink and lilac in her Bowen Dryden separates. Andrei’s Navy Window pane check three-piece suit, is in a lightweight basket weave wool cloth, giving a nod to tradition while remaining contemporary in style.

For the modern couple who want to break free from the constraints of traditions and start to form their own rules - this is the inspiration to guide you there.

Look 3 - Rooftop reception - On Top of The World

Under the bright lights of ‘Century’ on their top floor overlooking Soho and Chinatown is the most gorgeous rooftop wedding venue for your reception. Champagne, dancing the night away with the roof open and the terrace all to yourselves this is the ultimate in Central party locations. Amelia is rocking a gorgeous Bowen Dryden Trouser suit with diamonds from Phelans Jewellers and accessories by Rachel Sokhal. This is the suit for the bride to party the night away in. Andrei's beige windowpane check lightweight super 130 wool suit is the perfect pairing for Amelia's tailored look. Together they are embracing the relaxed luxury style of the contemporary couple. Amelia’s unstructured, androgynous suit worn without a top allows for the suit to step up a gear allowing her to feel sexy and empowered. Nothing is going to stop this couple from having the best night of their lives in their own green oasis up above Shaftesbury Avenue.
